Where is your shop based?

My online shop is operated from the city of Sheffield, United Kingdom.

Can I order from any country?

Yes, I ship worldwide. Please note, due to the Trump tariffs, I have added specific product listings for US customers which include a 10% charge on top of the original price. This is to cover my costs in paying the fees upfront at the post office.

What kind of payments do you accept?

My shop uses Paypal, processed securely through Bigcartel. 

How much will I pay for shipping?

Shipping rates vary by destination. Please enter your address details at checkout to calculate the cost for your location. Please note I cannot take any responsibility for any additional customs fees or import charges. 

An item I'd like to buy is out of stock, will you be restocking?

Most of my designs are limited edition and made in small batches so may only be available once. However, if there is large demand for another run of a particular design, I will look into pre-orders!

I've purchased an item. When will my package ship?

I ship twice a week - you will receive an email to confirm when your item has been dispatched. 

What is your return policy?

I accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date, but I cannot guarantee exchanges due to the limited edition nature of my designs. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact me at [email protected] as soon as possible. I will then send further instructions on how and where to return your item.
